If i just buy tje hardline premium, will i be able to play, or do i need to buy standar game as well?

If you buy the BFH premium service on its own, you will not be able to play the game. The base game edition is needed to play BFH, as BFH premium service is just an expansion of the base game and without it, it is pretty much useless on its own.

If you are going to purchase both base game edition and premium service, the best option for you is to buy the ultimate edition. This version of the game contains the DDE version of the base game and premium service all together. It is the ultimate experience for BFH and it pretty much contains everything there is about BFH and all BFH content + exclusive content. 

It is your choice if you get it (there are other versions), but if you what everything in one big package and you are going to buy base game + premium, then the ultimate edition is the best way to go.

The separate "Premium Membership Upgrade" isn't even listed (by Origin, anyway) as existing at this point in time.  There are three "Editions" depending on the extras included:

You need to buy the game as well, or just the game and not premium.

That is not actually true, it is listed in its own separate window, so not to be confused with an normal edition such as the ones that you mentioned above.
