BFH not launch in windows 10 cause it thinks im not running vista or later

every time i try to start any of my games with EA on there launcher now with the stupid plugin free set up on windows 10 i get a pop up that says

Please check that you fulfil all of these requirements:

Windows Vista or later
Compatible 32-bit (not 64-bit) Web Browser

and its always a check on the 32 bit WB but a x on the windows

can ea not get this to work i have been thinking about buying Battlefield 1 but im not wasting my money if BF3 BF4 and BFH has this issue everything i have tried to play them and the tech just told me to MSCONFIG and turn off all services it did it one time then started this * again
