I DL'd the Access 10hour trial and also bought the Hardline Deluxe package for over $100. After my 10 hours are up will I be able to continue to play or do I have to wait until Tuesday then for my Deluxe Edition to be effective?

Once your trial ends, you will not be able to continue to play the game. You will have to wait till the game is officially launched for your region and then it will be playable again and your edition will be unlocked.
