Well, recently I bought a new gaming laptop, then wanted to play Battlefield 1 (My old laptop can't afford BF1). After I started BF1, it says that my account is unable to use online service, then I contacted the EA help. They replied me that their action is correct. I was so confused, so I checked my email box and found an email from 2021 as the photo 1. I HAVEN'T PLAY THIS GAME 4 YEARS AGO (Now 2022), HOW DID I INVOLVE CHEATING IN BF1 IN 2021??? I thought my account might got hacked, so I tried to go to the battlefieldtracker.com to find profile and the match history. It shows that my last match is in 2018... I send the evidence to the EA and they still refused answer me (quoted the content below) ...
Does anyone give me a help?

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @alexho12.
The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

I tried and I am still trying. However, seems their responses and answers are not reasonable.

If our TOS team has denied your appeals @alexho12 then there is nothing we can do to change this.

But that is nonsense decision. Consumer pays for supporting but don't deserve a reasonable response?

Hey @alexho12 there is nothing that we can do in relation to TOS decisions.
As such, I'm going to lock this thread.
