I have emailed EA regarding pre-game release testing but have yet to hear back from them. I’ve been playing these games since I was younger so I’d like to not simply wait for the next game to roll out but to actually have some part in helping the game be better this time. If anyone has any knowledge I’d really love to hear it.

but as you did say, the new battlefield game.
I think the pre-game testing, are only for their game changers.
because they did that on BFV, before it got alpha and beta.
and if you want info on game changers.

I wonder what the difference is between these two EA Playtest websites.

I guess the plan was, to retire the old one.
so they made a new one. but never got anywhere.
so now they use 2 places, for play testing.

Interesting, which site is the old one? I'm guessing https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/communityplaytesting/index is the old site?

I think that was the new one.
if I remember correctly from the old days.
in the myaccount, was only account info, and nothing about play testing.
but I'm not sure.

I saw a couple play tests listed for DICE Stockholm studio in the Twitter feed. I imagine most pre-release play testing happens on-campus so leaks don't happen.

It's strange that EA has two Play Test websites though. Maybe the forum play test site is used for alpha and beta closer to release date.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
