EA не распознаёт при запуске игр мой акаунт

игра давно куплена в Steam

Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4.

Battlefield 5 Battlefield 1 запускаются без проблем.
, качаю лаунчеры и игру.

Вроде бы всё работает, запускаю сервер и начинает писать что на моём акаунте нет данной игры и не пишет на какой акаунт зашёл.

облазил много зайтов много видео роликов по данной теме, и не помогает.

Всё на чилось после  переустановки операционной системы Windows 10 Pro.
много способов испробовал. и пере установить всё, и отключить антивирус и тд. которые есть в интернете с такой же фигнёй.

помогите пожалуйста решить эту проблему,
