Will there be dedicated servers in different countries or will it stay the same as it is at present EU (Germany)?

@buckiebull Nobody except DICE knows the server plan at this time. However if they're using AWS again they'll have the freedom to spin regions up and down as player population requires just like they took down region centers in BF5 when the population declined.

The servers are not specifically dedicated to individual countries, but the servers are placed in strategic "server hubs" across the globe, to serve the players in each of the regions best possible.

Aka in Europe which you refer to, you have a server park setup for this in the Netherlands.  Ensuring great connectivity and service for all players across the continent and in the UK/Ireland...

Players with a decent internet connection based in North America will typically also have a fine game experience connecting to servers in that hosting facility.  But they will of course also have their own local regional server park with US-based servers.  Its all about line quality and the physical distance from your private location to the server, which determines the latency you experience in the gameplay.  Anything below 160 milliseconds is typically tolerable.  While above 200 ms the lag and "bullet sponging" starts to be noticeable.  The lower the latency the better of course and others may for sure have their own opinion about this, which is perfectly fine.
