battlefield bad company 2 campign rescue flynn

on the campign its has a part that i need to rescue flynn and i sew youtube videos and they can go down to save him but on my game its like a black zone and if i go there its says 10 seconds to go back and i die :/ help pls

Hey @Wildddd27, what platform are you on and is it black in as its not rendering assets or is it out of bounds?

Hey, @Player_3bjvg7cc make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date, also worth reinstalling the GPU drivers for your PC.

You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with BFBC2 and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
