YES ME TOO ??? BUT THIS WORKED FOR ME ?? BUT I AM RUNNING WIN 10 ??? **************************** THEN AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS TO INSTALL PATCH I RIGHT CLICKED ON THIS FILE AND RAN TROUBLE SHOOT COMPATABILITY ???? AND THIS FIXED THOSE PROBLEMS SIGN IN ADMIN . ECT .. ECT .. IT WAS AS EASY AS THAT STEVE

Had the same problem. but if you right click on the shortcut it also gives you run as administrator , and that also works.
