i cant put my battlefield bad company 2 serial its says "we're sorry this code cannot be redeemed here" please help

i played on pc and now i want to put my  game on origin because i lost my disc please help

I moved several post in this sticky and updated the first post.

If you have code issues, please get sure that you have installed the latest version of Origin and running the Origin.exe as administrator. That can help sometimes. Our support is still the right way to go, we can't solve your code issues here in this public board except of providing workarounds.

i bought this game on steam and when it asks for online code i put it in even though i already did once. 

i put it in but it says its invalid! 

idk y! i already but the code in once on the same account but it thinks its wrong!

Alright . So I've recently purchased bfbc2 off steem . And I've been playing it without any problems. But recently my internet connection d/ced mid game,  since this time I have no been able to re log. Saying account not found. And / or asking for me to re-enter c/d key . Put in c/d key and says already in use.  Restarted. Did not help
