I'm having trouble trying to play. My game crashes after the Dolby Digital logo.

I am having problems trying to play Battlefield Bad Company 2. First it doesn't show me the folder in my Documents folder, and it crashes right after the Dolby logo.

Please help.

And I also own the game on Steam, yes, I've tried verifying my files and it says I have everything.
