Connection issues on PS3

I keep getting disconnected from multiplayer matches on bad company 2 and battlefield 3. Other games' multiplayer, as well as Netflix and the internet browser work fine which leads me to believe its a problem on EA's end. Anyone else having this problem?

1) Da online ports https://help.ea.com/ca/article/online-ports-for-battlefield-bad-company-2

2) Insted of auto login, log in directly when you are in the multiplayer menu.

3) Make sure your CD isn't scratched

4) Punkbuster?

5) Check your internet settings

6) Reinstall BFBC2

7) Download the VIP package

8) Where you banned?

9) IF it all doesn't work,turn off your firewall
