Code already in use, can't add it to my library

Hello! My battlefield bad company 2 is not wanting to be added to origin.

I bought the CD version of the game long time ago, just after the release, and now i've wanted to play it again but it seems like my CD KEY has been already used. I have never given this key out so it has to be singed to my account. I've searched my game library for it and i couldn't find the game. I would be grateful if You could help me as soon as possible.

Check if you may have redeemed the Product Code on another EA account.

 

If you find that to not be the case, please make contact with an EA Game Advisor so we can add the game to your account.
