Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam

I had Vietnam for bad company 2 and I played it just under a month ago and when I came back on to play Vietnam, it was no longer there and now I have to pay for it. I don't think this is very fair considering I just had played the game a bit ago and I have had the ultimate edition for a couple years now.
