Im having problems with Battlefield 4 on the Xbox One, I downloaded second assault but every time I try to join a server with a map from it says I have to download it, and when I click on download, it says its already located on my games and apps. Also I cannot see my emblem in gameplay, and cannot play more than one round of any game mode without the game crashing, I also get stuck after getting revived and not able to move. When in quick match I would click on any gamemode, and if for some miracle it puts me in a server, it its 90% of the time NOT the game mode i clicked on ):
