I used a debit card to purchase BF4 and I was charged $0.99 2 times so I called my bank and they said that I have those 2 transactions currently waiting and I never spent $2 on anything. This is absolutely rediculous. I want the transactions taken off or declined or whatever. This is VERY upsetting and the transaction NEVER WENT THROUGH when I tried to buy BF4. I tried it a couple times and still nothing. I would like to talk to someone @ origin or EA on the phone ASAP because I am VERY disappointed.
These are pre-authorization charges in order to verify the debit/credit card, which will usually be cancelled or refunded after a few days. In regards to your failed attempt, please make sure that the name and address of your credit card matches the information stored in your Origin account.
