Could you please provide us some details about your system?
At first, please open your Origin client and head over to your "My Games" library. Click with the right mouse button on your BF4 icon and choose "Repair Install". If that won't help, try to use the windowed mode "ALT+ENTER" and try a different screen resolution.
Are you using any kind of special gaming software, game-pad or profile software (like x-padder) and do you experience any kind of connection issues like a bad ping or rubber-banding?
