"DICE LA Camo" button appears but isn't working after 2mins to get keypad [ Edited ]

I completed everything up to entering the code on ranked server, but no yelling of promotion, and no Camo?

After entering the code quickly into the key pad it went away...

I was only able to enter the code once on ranked sever after that key pad went away, and haven't been able to pull up the key pad on ranked server again?

I've tried other ranked servers from the start, even solved lanterns all over again and received the same 9 digit code as before...

Now after waiting 2 minutes the button appears, but there's no "E" prompt to let me hit it to generate the key pad again?

I've tried several different ranked servers with no luck...

Can someone help me?
