Hi there!
Any information on what's the schedule on fixing this? I can't play for more than 10minutes straight and the *boom* crash.
Sometimes the game crashes during loading before the game is even up.
This is getting hair-ripping-annoying and I want it fixed.
I've used the live-chat support three times and they even escalated this to a "Specialist team" but I havent heard back from them yet.

It might take a while If a case got escalated to our experts. They need to investigate your case and issues of other players, mostly deeper as in a chat or phone situation. Anyway, could you please post us your system specification and additional info about your OS and other software?
Cheers
Basti

Same issue appeared for me since after yesterday backend upgrade. No hardware change made to my config, Nvidia 670 with latest official drivers.

Okay, on comes the new patch... Now I have to try three to four times just to get into the game. THREE TO FOUR "bf4.exe has stopped working" CRASHES before I even get into the game, which I can play for 10minutes before I see that damned text again. What have I paid for? This game CANNOT be played like this. At all! Oh and the specialist team responded. Once again I've sent my DXDiag file to EA... and their response was to ask whether I have the latest Nvidia drivers installed? Well the answer is yes. Yes I have.
Can someone give me something on this? EA or anyone? I just want to play this game... dammit.
And just to verify from EA (and please answer this), as it seems that I am most certainly not the only one with this problem, please tell me that you are adressing this issue? Cause there wasn't even a mention of this problem in the latest patch notes or post relating to the newest patch. This random and constant crashing would just seem, to me atleast, to be a bigger issue than some "one shot one kill" bug or whatever.
Heres hoping for some answers...
... im going for a smoke.
