ps4 server team deathmatch 64 players ?

i'm trying to set up my server tdm 64 but still say only 20 player


but there many server on search have 64 player "team death match"

Unfortunately, this can only be done by a tricky to explain glitch, and we cannot promote glitches on here, so there is nothing that can be done.  Sorry!!!
