product code already been used!!!

compeny origin company i have a situation that at the 12/30/2013 i was trying to log to bf site from my desk top and suddenly the origin account tab poped out

and it was asking for my email and password first of i forgot my password but i got it back as i was logging to my account i was completely surprised

because i saw that my battlefield 4 on *my games* was gone and i was trying to reinstall battlefrield 4 but i needed to use my product code which i already used it before and now i cant install it because it says product code already been used so please origin please help me

I had PC problems which caused me having to reformat , now when I try reinstall my games it tells me code already used and cannot install games , 

This Origin help just runs you around from site to site yet I still cannot play the Crysis3  game or activate any packs I purchased from GAME

Please Help
