problem with aim recticle, BF4 xbox 1

Hi guys, i have not played in ages, i got on last week and i really noticed my aim recticle keeps returning to the ground, so even if standing still it tracks more or less straight to the ground, very frustrating when trying to aim. is this normal? can i fix it some how? i couldn t find anything in the options settings that would suggest it would help

That sounds like an issue with the game install and not with the actual settings. You can try to turn off and re-connect your controller several times and if that won't help, perform a hard reset of your console. To do so, hold down your finger on the Xbox One icon on your console until the system is shutting down. Disconnect it now from the power source for roughly two minutes. Plug it back in and boot it up again.

Hi thanks for your reply, so the only thing that worked was when I did a complete reset on the Xbox its self, then it was good for a bit but now I see its happening again.. Very strange
