please help, cant play dlc

recently bought the premium edition and had a couple of problems that the technical team at EA helped with, but after following their steps I can no longer access any of the dlc maps that I have, it says owned on the expansion screen but when I try to get into a dlc map game it says I need the dlc's? anyone know how to fix?

@EA_Atic For some reason my laptop didnt save the download of the dlc but showed that i owned them, took me a few tries of restarting and uninstalling but i got there.
