player appreciation month

Dear EA,

lately I've heard of the bf4 player appreciation month, It said that by every loging (a day) you'll receive battlepacks.

Now, about an hour ago I played a match on the commander app (ipad) of battlefield 4, but when checking my battlelog battlepack-section I hadn't received any battlepacks at all ( I repeated this like 2 times afterwards).

So my questions are : - do commander app loginns not count for receiving the PAM-battlepacks?

                                         - will you only receive those battlepacks at the end of the day ?

( if I'm not asking it the right person/service, please let me know !)

Battle Packs will be given out from 12 pm GMT till 11:59 am next day.

Since it is the first day and it is not yet 12 pm GMT you won't get anything right now.

Still ~30 mins till its 12 PM GMT.

I got the Battlepacks, where is the shortcuts? the blog page mentioned shortcuts for pistols and grenades. I have yet to see anything like that
