pc dvd install is defective [ Edited ]

pc  dvd install is defective, forced to use 20 dollars of bandwith to fix the defective install, how to i get that money refunded by ea?

i had to run my install 3 times from the DVD's, it finally worked, but i was starting to think it was defective. Mine would crash the install after 30-40 minutes, took me 4 hours to start playing along with battlelog plugin issues. still having some issues, but i can play most of the time now.

how is your's defective? installs but wont play, or doesn't install at all off discs? i was worried i might have to download the game also, which would have taken like 8 days on my connection.

Honestly sounds like a personal issue. Run the AutRun manually then let us know if it doesn't work.

ran the exe, it does not work, game then forces me to fully download the 25gigs to repair the game,  i loose 20 dollars of bandwith. i bought the dvd to Not have to buy that bandwith.

last time I had an issue with a game was Battlefield 3.  interesting and true
