origin account hacked

Last year i tried to get ahold of you guys and you made this new thing to chat with someone online to help me and i couldnt because i didnt have an account at the time. i tried calling and it told me to use this thing. Please help me i bought battlefield 4 and i want it back i cam show proof with screen shots of the email that says my acc info was changed pls pls HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
