no audio in multiplayer

Hi, i have been trying to play battle feild 4 multiplayer and there is no audio during the match. the one thing that stands out is when i fire my weapon there is no sound. It seems like there is more and more problems with this game buy the day. Is the audio issue a known problem?  and will it be fixed any time soon?
