my BF4 add ons are gone

My BF4 add ons are gone I downloaded the add ons when I got my EA account  about a year ago, I had the game uninstalled when I installed it again last earlier this week the add ons were nowhere to be found I contact EA chat they confirmed that I had purchased them did all the trouble shooting advised and still have the same problem anybody has the answer as to what can I do or the phone number for customer service?

I found your profile in Battlelog and now I see you are on Xbox One and you have all DLC's. Could you please check this post?
