i have premium but i cant get the phantom prospect

i cant get the phantom prospect cause my account doesn't say it or something what do i do? (btw i have all the premium stuff too

it's a secret, so you won't get it when you get premium. you have to go the battle log and enter leader boards and you'll see a skull in the bottom on the page. click it on you'll get the mission. here is a video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9T0JLu0cLE

Do you have Premium thru EA Access?  If so, there is currently an issue that it is not being picked up by Battlelog, which would cause you to not be able to activate those assignments.
