i cant see my server

i just have server i cant see it in the server browser i given it Favorite and also i cant see it their

what is the problem can any one tell me where is the problem ?

I'd recommend to contact EA Customer Support  as they are able to manage and help you with servers on consoles.

Did you rent your server for console or PC ?

yeah i purchased new server for 3 months since last week  on console now i can't see it like another severs . the anther servers always i see it but my server sometime i see it after change things in the server
