i can't connect my playstation network account to my ea play account

i can't connect my playstation network account to my ea play account When I click on the psn symbol it keeps telling me to reset my password

Although my ea play subscription is visible in my playstation subscription, I cannot connect my psn account, so I can neither make my account online in fifa nor use my ea play subscription.
