how to Share emblems on battlelog?

i have an awsome emblem and i want use it for everyone puting on same clan tag as me so  i want it be a clan emblem. i see when i made it SHARE WITH FRIENDS ONLY i have it set but i dont kno how they able to get and use the shared emblem i made

Your friends can open your soldier's profile and click on the emblem next to the soldier's portrait. This will redirect them to your emblem gallery where they will find a "Copy emblem to my gallery" button in the top right corner.

it say to my friend ERROR cant copy it cuz he dont have all the emelems i have. that needs to be fixed. if u copying a friends emblems it should not matter if they dont have all emelems unlocked
