how do I mark targets

female pilot in friendly helo keeps saying, "Give me a target, mark a target for me, give me a target, ready to engage, give me a target, etc." How do I mark a target for her to fire on?

On PC you must put your crosshair over the targe and hit the "Q" button. On Xbox and Playstation I believe it is R2.
