I recently went and bought battlefield 4 on my pc and I have not been able to run it. I went through all the trouble shooting only to find out the game is not compatible with my system. I wanted a refund but the website wont allow me to, it says I needed to do it within 72 hours of buying the game, but I was spending those 72 hours trying to trouble shoot it to make sure it was my computer and not the game that was the issue, I was wondering if you could just make this one time exception and issue me a refund, I cannot use the game on my pc, but I did buy battlefield 4 premium on xbox live, so you are still getting my money one way or another, but my computer will not run it and I would appreciate the help.

@nexgencn If you purchased it through Origin, you can try contacting EA support at: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/.
However I'm not sure they will be able to refund your purchase as the system requirements are clearly posted for everyone to see: http://www.battlefield.com/battlefield-4/pc.

The most common mistake is not a valid excuse. Intel has never made a game-quality video device, and the only time they even tried to sell any kind of discrete graphics card, it was a dismal failure, about 16 to 17 years ago. On the other hand, the naming of the GPUs sold by nVIDIA particularly, and AMD to some extent, has often been less than easy to interpret. So, misunderstanding about the compatibility of a Geforce or a Radeon is a more acceptable complaint.
