@ByMaNiiaC_ Took a look and no issue on your MSInfo. Guess we have to go down the tress of troubleshooting.
Make sure that windows and all drivers up to date and no overlay is running with Battlefield 4.
Run CCleaner: https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/pc/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
Run BF4 and Origin as Admin.

@ByMaNiiaC_ Hello,
Please try to run a clean boot on your PC and test the game: https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Disabling Origin in-game overlay, Discord overlay, TeamViewer is also might help you.
Make sure your Windows is updated and I'd like to ask you attach your DxDiag file to your message here. How to DxDiag https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
Thanks!
