confused about commander App

I own Battlefield 4 but when I launch Commander it tells me I have to buy BF 4. And yes my email addresses are different between Origins and Xbox Live

are you launching commander from the site?

You need the pc version for that.

To use commander on xbox, you need to

use IOS/Android tablets.
