cant conncect to bf4 servers

I would click on a normal conquest server, then it would start to join. then the screen would just black out and then just take me back to the main menu and say "You have lost connection to the session" I can seem to join empty severs with no one in them but I cant join with a server with someone in it already

Are on PC or console? Have you tried to reboot your router (turn off the router and remove power cable for 5 min. Then turn on it back) ? Also, check this article: https://help.ea.com/en-za/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

I have several questions but I'll make this brief!

Your probably using the NEW UI which means you connect to the game via Origin. In the following link provided I suggest going thru BATTLELOG to see if this option works for you! Just follow the steps in the link & If you need help you can possibly contact me directly thru TeamSpeak3 in which I will provide a link to my TeamSpeak3 as well & I also have a tutorial of how to install the TeamSpeak3 app.. No it's not as CPU intrusive as one might think, it's only a 2 to 3% hit which is minimal compared to other VOIP programs & far more secure than that of Discord or Skype.
