cannot create new EA support case

I've tried creating a new case over EA support (i've had other cases open 2 resolved 2 closed) and when i click on "create new case" the small window closes and nothing happens, i just need help with Battlefield 3 and it giving my Russian as the only language to choose from when installing, i did in fact also add Battlefield 3 through origin access but i do not see that being the problem thank you in regards to whom ever helps me with the issue i will also attach a photo of the problem with Battlefield 3 and it only giving me Russian as the only language option
