black screen when playing BF4

When I join a server or single play on bf4 & bf3 , I play for few seconds and then the screen turns completely black, no sound, nothing, and I can’t leave the page until I press my laptop shutdown button to shutdown my laptop and restart it again. 
it happened today when I signed into origin and origin updated itself.

I played yesterday which was completely fine.

also before trying to play bf4 I was playing ArmA 3 which was completely fine.

please assist it’s really frustrating, I need help as soon as possible.

Thanks for the feedback 

I found a problem with the motherboard and the integrated graphic card and The laptop is with HP support center and they are awaiting the new motherboard to arrive.

@achillis1980 Since you're on the laptop have you set the RTX 2060 as your main GPU to run games? If not it's probably defaulting to the onboard graphics and it can't handle the GPU demands.

I can still play ArmA 3 on steam normally without any issues, unless different settings from origin ? 
because all my games on origin are given me the same issue.

can you please tell me the steps to make sure that my RTX2060 is the main graphic card used by GPU.

and if you have other possibilities to my problem.

i tried : Bf4.exe run as administrator 

Bf4_86x run as administrator 

origin as administrator 

updated everything: software, drivers 

repaired Bf4 

nothing worked 

all my games start and after about 20 seconds everything goes black with no voice and I can’t exit the screen, so shutting down my laptop is my only way to get the laptop screen normal again , can’t even see the mouse pointer , can’t even go to task manager 

please any good thoughts

Hey there, @achillis1980 if you got to https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/ and then make a gaming profile. Follow those steps and see if that helps.

Maybe you could reinstall BF4 

Hope you can fix this!
