bf4 Error (PC)

I have a problem with Battlefield 4 , when i tried to start the game transfare me to bf4 wbsite and i show message said " YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM BATTLELOG. IF YOU BELIEVE THIS WAS DONE IN ERROR, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES. " i'm new user for battlefield !
how to fix it please ?

I've taken a look at your account, and I can see that you have contacted our Game Advisors regarding this issue, who have filed a dispute for you. I'm afraid we are unable to address issues directly regarding any sort of account ban, but it looks like you've already contacted the right people. You'll need to wait on a response from the dispute, I'm afraid.
