I have pre ordered battlefield 4 but have ordered it in digital format instead of normal..can you help??

No one from AHQ has any authority to make changes in any accounts.  That is very strictly EA business, and perhaps can be dealt with by a Game Adviser.  There are no Game Advisers here.  This is strictly gamer to gamer interaction in here.  You need the Help Center.
