I assume you pre-ordered a physical copy (I don't own an Xbox360 so I don't know much about their digital download services).
If that's the case, you should receive an Online Pass with the game, which you can redeem with the Gamertag you wish. This information is not confirmed as the game is not released yet, but it should be the way it will work.
