You do not have access to the BF4 beta

So according to your store page all I have to do to play BF4 is to download the open beta and fire it up.  After doing this all I get is a splash page that when I click to gain access, directs me back to the download and play page.  I am logged in via my browser, the game did install correctly(I checked via regedit) and my firewalls etc are all turned off.
