Xbox one Origin ID + Smartglass [ Edited ]

I got the game last night,

Was prompted to make a Origin ID ingame, Chose "leonWHAT" to match my gamertag "This user ID already exists"  Ok. I chose "leonWHAT88" bam... accept yes ok... can play the game.

When I decided to download the BF 4 app, I was asked to log-in using an email address? This is the issues I have. I didnt input an email address at any point?!

Now my gamertag is linked to a Origin ID with no email address. And it is required to have one to log in on smartglass app .. *sigh*

Any solutions?

I suppose if a nice mod could tell me what leonWHAT88 is linked to, or if they could link it to an email address would be problem solved?

For any issues regarding accounts, please follow these steps to contact a game advisor directly for more help:

1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

3. Click Find Solutions

4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

5. Click: Find Solutions

6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

The Window Will Open...
You’ll now see the currently available contact options(Depending on your game). These may vary depending on your geographical location and the time of day. Phone or Live Chat are the best options.

• Enter your phone number.
• Select "Submit."

For Customers outside of North America:

• Go to the "choose a contact method" section
• Contact us using the telephone number provided within the listed opening hours

I created the account I am using right now in order to type this message.

My xbox live account has the origin ID as "leonWHAT88" ... I provided no email address OR password along with this therefore I cant login to anything. I dont think the solution above resolves this

Install origin app. attempted to add/ link xbl account

'Oops…that account has already been linked to a different Origin ID. To review your linked accounts, select Account and Privacy from theOrigin menu.'

Contact an Ea advisor for assistance on this,they maybe able to find out if your ID is linked to any email for you.

Use the link in my earlier post to contact them,anything regarding account,AHQ did not have the tools and authority for it
