Xbox One VOIP in Game Squad Chat is Poor Quality / Choppy

Battlefield 4 VOIP Game Chat is choppy and very poor quality. It constantly cuts in and out while players are speaking.

We can't understand anything that anyone is saying, and they can't understand us.

If we switch over to Party Chat the voice quality is crystal clear.

But, if I'm in Party Chat I can't communicate with random players that join my Squad.

TL;DR

BF4 VOIP Game // Squad Chat:

we can hear each others voices, but we can't understand what is being said.
