Xbox One: Campaign progress won't save

This has happened twice. I just logged in about 4 hours in the campaign yesterday and now it is all gone. Frankly I'm growing tired of all the problems I have had with this game whether it be this or the servers not working half the time. I don't understand why I can't successfully play the only game I have for Xbox One.

I can't connect to EA servers to even play some multiplayer.

I have had the same problem on the 360, I had gone through to about the midway point on the campaign and had to restart from the begging when I went back to play it....the best way to keep your save progress is to play the campaign offline, I did and finished it without losing my progress.
