Xbox One BF4, missing items in battle packs.

Hello,

So I've been playing bf4 trying to hit 100 finally, but I've also been trying to unlock weapon add-ons. Currently working on the Mares Leg add-ons and the last two packs I've gotten have dropped maybe half the actual items and then missing content cards for the others.
