Why can't I play ANYTHING on China Rising?? (Xbox 360)

Like the subject says, I can't seem to play anything related to China Rising...no maps, no air superiority, no nothing...

Do you have Premium? Non-Premium players can't play until the 16th

Yes I have downloaded the expansion

Yes nothing shows up in quick match

Yes no air superiority servers are available

Yes I've tried going through the server browser

This game is so broken I can't take it anymore...
