Where is the Pistol shortcuts?

I ask this question because the Player Appreciation Month is on, and EA said there would be shortcuts for the Pistols and Grenades along with the Battlepacks.... Now, I got my Battlepacks.

What I do NOT have is the shortcuts. Where would I get these if they've even been released? I'm rather skeptical about even getting them due to the fact that I STILL haven't gotten my Veteran pack and if EA can't get the Vet pack to me after this long.....

Yeah. So in short, where the HELL are the shortcuts?!

A quote from the actual post- "We are preparing two shortcut bundles for Battlefield 4 that we will make available for download at no cost during the Player Appreciation Month." (The italics, bold, etc. was added to add emphasis.) The point is, that I believe that the shortcuts will be dropped sometime during the month.
