I recently lost access to my account and I wasted some time talking to one of the support experts who was absolutely no help and ended up leaving me hanging without saying, "Goodbye." or "I'll be right with you." I spent about half an hour just waiting for a reply before I decided to end the chat. He couldn't even find the account I provided one of my game keys to, and PSN account, birthday, ect. It was just a waste of time. I ended up having Origin call me, and I provided my game key and the nice lady found my account quick like it was nothing. I saved a transcript of the conversation.

This is AHQ. This is not EA Help. The Game Advisers all work at EA Help, and all report to supervisors at EA Help. They do not report to us, and we do not have connections from here to there. We are gamers in here, discussing troubles with EA Games, and attempting to come up with self-help fixes for members to apply by themselves. You have to stay on EA Help until you get satisfaction. There's nothing for your situation here.

It doesn't make any difference. I play games. I do not work for EA. AHQ is for GAMERS to trouble shoot games with one another. That's what we do. We DO NOT do anything at all to supervise any employee at EA.
You wanedt AHQ to "assume" an authority that I did not believe exists as such.
(Edit a day later: having seen one of our fine moderators asking about logs and numbers earlier this morning, I backtracked to this forum thread to call it to her attention. I see that she has entered a comment already. That was very fast.)

I do not know about any place you can complain about EA Advisors. So I guess the only thing you can do is either complain to another EA advisor or complain on the EA forums.

You can use the Contact Us option on help.ea.com to give feedback about your support experience. But usually you should get an email / feedback form after you contacted our Game Advisors anyway. Can you check if you have such an email in your mailbox?
Edit: I wanted to check your cases and read the chat log but I could not find them on your account. Did you contact us with a different account? Do you perhaps have a case number for me? You should be able to see all your cases here (you have to log in of course):

I would also like to file a complaint, I did not receive a survey, my chat was disconnected and the agent refused to offer more help then the below snippet:
Terrible service, still waiting on a call back option (which i figured out how to get by myself, the call me now option does not populate while using google chrome for some reason - works on Firefox - this is a major point that your support reps should be providing customers to avoid hassle)
